Join Tacoma Aikikai on the last Sunday of every month for trauma-informed, empowerment-based, Aikido Self-Defense.
Led by women/queer instructors, each session covers self-defense basics and dives deeper into one area of focus. January, February, April, and May workshops are open to women, non-binary, and LGBTQ participants. March and June sessions welcome folks of all gender orientations.
